Logistic specialist - Order Fulfillment
Job Description:
- Receiving, processing and verifying orders from distributors to make sure all the orders are in line with the standard order requirements
- Confirming orders with sales function and distributors for large orders
- Verifying price discount, make sure that normal discount and special discount process are strictly followed.
- Problem solving on distributor enquiries, delivery issues and RMA
- Communication and coordination with sales department and distributors for new policies and processes
- New product, price and discount update in the system
- Prepare weekly and monthly order report
- Partnership with business department and finance department for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- College degree in logistic or relevant major
- At least 2 years experienced on order processing, experiences in foreign Enterprises are appreciated , Familiar with B2B
- Effective communication with internal and external parties
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP/B2B is a big plus
- Capability of working independently, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
