Developer Manager

Requirements:

• Solid experience with C/C++ development under Windows and Linux, knowledge of Unix is a plus.
• Minimally 5 years of experience in designing, at least 1 year International Company Management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of managing a highly talented development team
• Strong development skill, and excellent organization communication, and motivational skills
• "Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products
• Good command of English both in spoken and writing.
