Technical Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing direct technical support to customers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, software and/or networks.
  • Respond to situations where the customer’s first-line of support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning software.
  • Escalate design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to core/develop engineering.
  • Be involved in customer installation and training
  • Provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
  • Provide workshops and consulting to existing PSP customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a service function with enterprise customer contact (Telephone, Mail and direct) of IT company
  • Good knowledge of system administration, network administration or consulting environment, support of High-tech and high-level Software/Hardware
  • Good knowledge of security software and internet / WWW domain
  • Good knowledge of network, computer systems and State of the art - operating systems skills in enterprise environment
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Able to effectively deal with customers by telephone and mail
  • Fast learner and team player style
  • Willing to travel
