Technical Account Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing direct technical support to customers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, software and/or networks.
- Respond to situations where the customer’s first-line of support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning software.
- Escalate design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to core/develop engineering.
- Be involved in customer installation and training
- Provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
- Provide workshops and consulting to existing PSP customers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a service function with enterprise customer contact (Telephone, Mail and direct) of IT company
- Good knowledge of system administration, network administration or consulting environment, support of High-tech and high-level Software/Hardware
- Good knowledge of security software and internet / WWW domain
- Good knowledge of network, computer systems and State of the art - operating systems skills in enterprise environment
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to effectively deal with customers by telephone and mail
- Fast learner and team player style
- Willing to travel
